(Wreckage of Vixen floating away, and Venom's laughing is heard)
I'll think about it while listening to some rock music' is actually a refer to past Gradius series - James Burton spoke the same thing in ending of Gradius 2 MSX. (that part is missing in English version)
NOTE: This time I can't assure the quality of translation since Emon 5 uses somewhat rough and unusual Japanese language (I think it is called 'Edokko language' or something). Also there may be some problems on grammar of translated text.
Emon 5: OK! Let's get the things down!

(Anoa Leaves)
Emon: Huh?
Tron: Good gracious...

I can't figure out why Tita is saying 'the first 1 MEGAROM PACK' here, since the game first used 1M ROM pack for MSX was Gradius rather than a Goemon game, and a Goemon game used the first 2M ROM pack for FC/NES but not 1M.
Same for who the hell Emon 5 is talking about in the ending...
Madoka: What a walkover this is! Just leave it to me!
I'll have to make it up by tea time anyway!
(Emon comes)
Emon: That sounds good, Little babe!
Madoka:Huh?
(Anoa and Tron comes)

The stuffs in Diol's ending after the staff roll may look like it has some important information about the storyline at first glance, but not really it is...
The first part is just talking about Diol, and rest of the speeches are actually play around on the unused voice clips of XEXEX, which was contained in the soundtrack album. Not giving that many explanations, just like ending sequences for other characters.
Diol: Are you ready, everyone?
Anoa: Yes I am!
Tron: Diol, Tita is missing!
Diol: Huh?
Madoka: Whoa...A huge heat-source reaction from behind!
Anoa: An enemy in the place like here!? It can't be...
(Four blasts of laser beam from behind, and every RV evades)
Everyone: Whaaah!!
Tita: Excuse me, but I've got to pass through here.
Diol: Tita!
Anoa: Wait a minute...that was really dangerous!
Tita: Sorry, I apologize...but ladies and gentleman, I think you'll be still holding a bunch of life stocks remaining even if you get hit. I'm going first now.

Poini: Drive system, switch to normal mode. (*There's an in game typo here - written 'normal system' instead of 'normal mode'.)
Esmeralda: Mission complete...so the enemy was a part of Gofer's mind spread across the universe. There should be more in some other dimension...
Poini: Esme! UFO coming from the front!
Oh, she is...
(Anoa floating back toward two girls)
Esmeralda: An angel dispatched to Earth...and her RV is...Vic Viper!

Esmeralda: Tron...why did you moved into a pitiful unit like the Earth team? When three of us are a team...
Poini: There would be no problem even if the Bacterian dominates 99 percents of the whole universe!
Tron: T-that's......but...
Esmeralda: What's wrong with you?
Tron: But...I think she is the hope for the future.
Poini: The hope...?
Tron: You might think it weird, but...I think so.

Anoa: (Makes some strange sound like she's talking in sleep)
(Tron and Anoa fly away)

Poini is taking a lot of announcer speeches from Gradius Gaiden - such as "Select your route.", "UFO Coming!", and "Switch to normal mode." There are more in her in game speeches - I think this is because her voice actor is famous in Japan for her English skill.
Also note that all the RV descendants of 4 legendary hyperspace fighters of Gradius Gaiden are present in the ending.
It is called 'Dramatic Burst', first, rather than Dynamic Burst. So they are speaking things like these in Alternate quotes for D-Burst:
"Haaaaah!!"
"GO!!"
"Please..."
"Advent here!"
"Lin, Byou, Tou, Sha, Kai, Jin, Retsu, Zen......"
"Pierce them!!"
*What he is saying is a chant called 'Kuji' or 'Kuji-kiri', which means 'Nine letters' literally. Since he skips the last letter 'Kyou' in original Kuji so only eight letters are spoken here.
"It's time to concentrate the mind and call it!"
"Come on, Gainbee!"
"I'll show you my true aspect......"
"Everything shall be destroyed!"
"I, from the moment of Planck, will embody the power..."
"All of you, return to the light!"
