Vic Viper's Arsenal Part 4 - Weapons Edit

Weapon Edit becomes available when you have completed one round of Gradius V (even if you use more than one credit)

This is accessible from the Select Weapon Array screen by pressing R1, L1 take you back to Select Weapons Array.

Missile	Double	Lazer	Option	?
Missle Standard	Double Shoots forward and 45 degrees upward	Lazer Basic lazer	Freeze	Force Field Standard, takes up to 3 hits
2-Way Missiles fires up and down	Tailgun Shoots forward and backward at the same time	Ripple Lazer Rings of lazer that expands as it flies across the screen	Direction	Shield Classic Gradius shield, two rotatings orbs float in front of the ship, they take a lot of hits but only protect the front of the ship
Eagle Wind Depending on which way you fly is the direction of the missile	Vertical Shoots forward and vertical at the same time	E Lazer The most powerful weapon in the game. Can take out a Core in 2 fully charged hits but has a poor rate of fire	Spacing	Mega Crash Kills all enemies and shots on screen (doesn't work for everything), this is the same as the Blue Pods
